Weeds must be considered indicators of your gardens soil health.
These fellows are good at growing in unbalanced soils. Mulch them over
and remove some of their advantage. But we must also address the unbalanced soil also.
Your seeds will compete well when that is addressed.
Feeding the soil compost and teas are best choice pre and post planting.

Some bugs are normal. But they also can be indicators of poor soil health or
disease in your garden. In this scenario. consider the bugs as army that can
distroy your crop faster than plant can produce. In normal quantities, bugs
and I share my crops. Planting early, building healthy soil, plus daily monitoring
of your garden can all give you great success. We also can find some materials
that can slow the bug's appetite. Address this is specific what pest is it?
Consider though, it should be our mindset to give 1/3 of our garden yield to our
neighbors, consider 1/3 as loss, and 1/3 for yourself. That was my father's rule
of thumb. In this,I plant a little bigger garden so that I dont have
to fight the critters so intensely! Always consider the bigger picture.
People who take short sighted solutions like poisons, since poisons
are no respectors of person, ultimately poison them self. Teacher
